Taurus Small Diaphragm Condenser Microphone

1 Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage:
This warranty applies to the Taurus Small Diaphragm Condenser Microphone (hereinafter referred to as "Product") manufactured and distributed by Barkley Microphones. Barkley Microphones warrants that the Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period").

Warranty Period:
The Warranty Period starts from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase (sales receipt or other evidence) is required to validate the warranty.

What is Covered:

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
Repair or replacement of defective parts or products, at Barkley Microphones’s discretion.

What is Not Covered:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
Damage resulting from accidents, natural disasters, or acts of God.
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage that does not affect the functionality of the Product.
Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless the failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Damage caused by using the Product outside its intended purposes or specifications.

How to Obtain Warranty Service:
To obtain warranty service, please contact Barkley Microphones during the Warranty Period. You will need to provide:

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
Description of the problem or defect.

Warranty Service Process:

If a defect is confirmed, Barkley Microphones will, at its option, repair or replace the defective Product or parts within a reasonable time.
If the Product is to be replaced, the replacement may be a new or refurbished product of the same or similar type.
The repaired or replaced Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.

Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the defective Product to Barkley Microphones. Barkley Microphones will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired or replaced Product to the customer.

Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Barkley Microphones’s liability shall be limited to the original purchase price of the Product. Barkley Microphones shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of actual or anticipated profits, or loss of data, whether based on breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or otherwise.

Disclaimer:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country. To the extent that this warranty is inconsistent with local law, this warranty shall be deemed modified to be consistent with such local law.

Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by the laws of [N. Ireland/U.K.], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
